We could tell you Dr. Gupta is thorough, patient, and genuinely good at what she does… and we do, constantly, because it’s true. But we’re also the ones who wrote it, so take this with a grain of salt.
Here’s what we’d rather you read instead: three reviews from three actual patients, in their own words, about three pretty different experiences. No editing, no cherry-picked adjectives. Just what happened when they walked through our door at 2800 Niles Road.
She did everything humanly possible to save the tooth
John came in with a tooth that was, by his own account, barely hanging on and close to extraction. That’s not a great sentence to hear about your own mouth.
Here’s part of what he wrote afterward…
“I recently had a crown done on a tooth that barely was hanging on and close to extraction. Dr. Gupta went above and beyond to ensure she did everything humanly possible to save the tooth, and she did, along with keeping me completely comfortable and pain free during the procedure. She even came into the office on her day off to tweak a few things the dental lab needed to make the crown.”
We’re not going to pretend that’s standard operating procedure everywhere. Dr. Gupta genuinely does not like losing a tooth she thinks can be saved, and she’ll rearrange her own schedule to make that happen. John also noted the office runs on time and that Dr. Gupta is transparent about treatment plans and doesn’t push for anything unnecessary… which is the boring, unglamorous kind of trustworthy we’re actually going for.
A lot of people who end up loving Smiles on Niles did not start out loving dentists. That’s not an insult… it’s just true, and it’s usually the whole reason someone’s putting off a visit in the first place.

That “thorough and detailed list” part matters more than it sounds like it should. Nobody wants to leave a first appointment with a vague sense that something might be wrong. You want to know exactly what’s going on and what happens next. That’s the whole plan, every time.

We’ll take “ultramodern technology” as a compliment, mostly because it means the investment in newer equipment is actually noticeable to the people sitting in the chair, not just something we mention on a website.
Read enough of our testimonials and a theme shows up… people don’t usually write paragraphs about a dentist unless something about the experience surprised them. Pain-free when they braced for pain. Straightforward answers when they expected a sales pitch. Someone who came in on a day off for a crown that could’ve waited.
