New Patients

Location: Smiles on Niles Dentistry at 2800 Niles Road, Saint Joseph, Michigan

 

Full-Time with Flexible Schedule: Office hours 8-5pm M-Th, no Fridays or weekends! Opportunities for additional flexibility during non-doctor time

We’re a busy, fun, and patient-focused dental office looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team! If you’re reliable, positive, and enjoy working with people (patients and coworkers), we’d love to meet you. Dr. Gupta values teamwork, efficiency, and mutual respect, and of course any dental knowledge that can be brought to the practice. This practice is privately owned (non-corporate). We put a strong emphasis on patient relationships. We currently employ 6 staff besides the doctor and business manager; this job would be for another RDA to complement one of the other lovely assistants. Our schedule often consists of restorative work, including crowns, bridges, fillings, restoring implants, simple extractions, removable partial dentures, and Sure Smiles clear aligner treatment.

 

What You’ll Do

• Assist chairside during general and restorative procedures

• Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos

• Set up and break down rooms

• Keep things clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant

• Perform procedures with impressions, digital scanning, temporaries, and lab cases

• Make patients feel comfortable and informed

• Jump in where needed to support the team

 

What We’re Looking For

• Active RDA license in Michigan

• X-ray certification

• A team player with a good attitude

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication skills and attention to detail

• Experience with dental software is a plus (but not a deal-breaker)

• Will to learn and try new things!
